I love seafood!
イカ刺し ... Ika-sashi
I love Saga prefecture because we can always have fabulous seafood there! My husband drove to Yobuko last weekend; it's a town famous for Ika-sashi. Although we got to a restaurant before lunch time, there were a lot of people waiting to be served!
Sashi is short for sashimi. It also means fresh. I was astonished when I tried Ika-sashi for the first time, because it was so fresh. It was completely transparent as well.
After enjoying the sashimi, make sure to have the squid tempura.
Once you taste this tempura, you won't be satisfied with any other tempura. I was a bit full, but I couldn't stop eating. Squid tempura is the best in the world. Well, are you skeptical? Try it sometime just for the heck of it.

I've never lived in Saga yet, but I'm sure living there must be wonderful. Your husband looks young as you said, and your daughter is an angel. What a beautiful girl she is.
