Studying English is a lot of fun, but I realize that my lifestyle tends to be sedentary especially when I have to work on some textbooks for some purposes. I used to play basketball and volleyball, but not anymore. I know it'd be wonderful to go outside, but I sometimes find it troublesome. With all this laziness, can't I keep fit? Luckily, I have "Wii Fit" at home. In fact, it helps me a lot! The program has an instructor who encourages me to do exercise. I always feel very refreshed after doing yoga for 30 minutes.

I like it, too!
I'm also crazy about doing yoga now. I especially love Power Yoga because of being on a diet. It's very refreshing for me. I do it on Wii Fit, DVDs and yoga classes near my home almost every day but I'm not good at them. I'm weak on exercises by nature. I want to be able to do that better someday. So I'm looking forward to reading your essay about yoga.

I'm so glad to hear you're also into yoga! I can't call myself "a yoga-lover," though. I'm a bit lazy. It's been 3 years since I totally stopped playing sports. It doesn't mean that I've been busy or felt my physically weakness.
