I once tried to be a vegetarian, but I gave up because I like pork dishes very much. My pressure cooker helps me a lot prepare for quick dinner. We had 豚の角煮 for dinner yesterday.

Wow!!

Looks delicious!! I feel it as if the good smell is spreding here. I am also a pork lover. In my hometown, Okinawa, we often cook pork dishes in many ways and everybody loves them!!
I can't imagine my life without pork(ブヒっ）
The pressure cooker must be very useful, especially for busy wives with children.

Thank you for your comment! FYI, I'm not good at cooking though. I hated to cook when I was a single because I found it tiresome. I took cooking classes before getting married, but it seems to me that my experience doesn't influence me at all.
